Rate and Rental Information for Casa Leo

Rental Policies:

Casa Leo is a private rental that may be rented out in its entirety.
There is a 4 night minimum stay.
There is a maximum of 2 guests for each of the 4 bedrooms for a maximum occupancy of 8 guests.

All rates are in US dollars and include all taxes.
Rates do not include gratuities for the Casa Leo staff.

Reservation Conditions:

A deposit of 50% of the total rental rate is required to hold a reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
If the balance is not receive 30 days prior arrival, the reservation is subject to cancellation.
There is a fully refundable security deposit required at the time of 2nd/final payment.

Cancellations & Refunds:

A full refund is given for all cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival, excluding holiday rentals.
There are no refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date.

Rental Seasons:

High: December 1 – May 1 (note holiday dates below)
Green: May 1 – November 30
Holidays: December 15 – January 2
